Seko Brewery currently produces 12 types of Sake. Please choose the Sake which will most likely suit your taste.
From polishing the rice to the Sandan Shikomi process and the fermentation of the Moromi during 40 days of manual labor. These are the characteristics of works of a small “kura”. Because of the meticulous and dedicated supervision of our skilled craftsmen, we can achieve safe and delicious Sake.

After fermenting in its raw state in low temperatures, it will conserve all the freshness of its fragrances. Nonetheless, its thick flavor gives "Ninja" a magnificent taste and very particular character which will make you finish your cup as a Ninja would finish his training with elegance and harmony. This Sake is our brewery's pride.

大甲賀 純米しぼりたて一番 Dai Kōga Shiboritate Ichiban (Freshly pressed) 720ml / ¥1,234
Made 100% from fresh "Nihonbare" Shinmai (New-harvest rice), it is the first Sake to be produced every season. It starts to be available for sale from every third Thursday of November (the same day as the Beaujolais Nouveau in France). Only 1,000 bottles are produced every year.
